We are now looking for a Sommelier who wants to be a key part of creating unforgettable guest experiences, from the first glass to the final impression. This is a role for someone with deep wine knowledge, a strong service mindset, and a passion for storytelling through food and beverage.

Part of Petter Stordalen’s Nordic Hotels & Resorts, At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel redefining modern luxury. With 343 rooms, multiple dining concepts, bars, and 3,000 m² of flexible event space, we create vibrant social environments for business, pleasure, and everything in between.

The Role

As a Sommelier at At Six, you are a central figure in our restaurant and bar experience. You work hands-on with wine, beverages, and guest interaction, ensuring that our drink offering matches the ambition, creativity, and quality of the At Six brand.

You will collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to create a seamless, elevated experience – where wine, food, and service come together naturally and memorably.

Key Responsibilities

• Present, recommend, and serve wine and beverages with expertise, warmth, and confidence

• Actively work with wine lists, pairings, and product development

• Ensure high quality, service excellence, and strong storytelling around our beverage offering

• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to deliver a holistic guest experience

• Inspire and engage colleagues through knowledge sharing and passion for wine and gastronomy

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Is a trained sommelier with documented experience in the role

• Has a genuine passion for wine, beverages, and gastronomy

• Is confident in their expertise, yet humble and guest-focused in their approach

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers service at the highest level

• Is curious, commercially minded, and enjoys developing new concepts and experiences
