Our Front Office Team is made up of bright and self-standing individuals who strive every day to deliver a true At Six Experience, 24/7, 365 days per year. We take pride in welcoming our guests and assisting them with all types of requests; from check in to check out and everything that stands in between. We particularly like challenging situations, love troubleshooting and delivering the At Six wow factor. Our mission is to redefine service at the Front Desk and be the benchmark department in terms of service for Stockholm, Sweden, you name it!

Our Front Office Team operates around the clock and takes care of both our inhouse guests as well as guests staying in our At Six residences.

 

The Role and Our Philosophy

As Front Office Ambassador you are responsible for smooth running of the department during the day, supporting our Front Office Team with a variety of tasks, check in check out, taking care of our guests email inbox. The latter will connect you to a variety of responsibilities and tasks, which are linked to all the other departments within the hotel. This is a position that comes with great responsibility and flexibility as your main focus will be given to Front Office related tasks and a number of other duties which are connected to the whole Hotel operations.

Our philosophy is that every detail makes a difference, and the differences make all the details.

 

And what about you?

You have worked in either Front Office or Reservation and have at least 1 year experience using a well-known PMS platform (Cenium, Opera, Fidelio, Mews). Full command of both Swedish and English is needed. Driving License is desirable. In addition to the following, you should enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have preferably some experience working within the luxury segment of our industry.

A go-get attitude will take you a long way, ability to work in an international team and environment is needed to succeed in the role. A positive mindset and having fun at work is a must! 

To recap, do you have all of the below skills?

  • Previous experience within Front Office or Reservation Departments
  • Previous experience working within the luxury segment
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge of any well-known PMS platform
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons and especially during weekends as well as Holidays
